Wholesale Terms of Trade

To create a wholesale trade account, you’ll need to agree to the Terms of Trade below. In addition, when you create an account, we process your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE AND QUANTITY

All Wholesale orders must be $200.00 or over, case of 2 per SKU (except value pack).

HOW TO PLACE ORDER

Submit your order via our wholesale website at wholesale.acaciaaromatherapy.com.au (registration required).

SHIPPING CHARGE

Free Standard Delivery for major metro areas within Australia, up to 5kg (actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater). Rural and some remote areas such as (not limited to) Tasmania, Western Australia, and all non-mainland locations will incur a surcharge. An additional surcharge applies for orders above 5kg. Express shipping options are available at an additional charge.

DELIVERY TIMES (Within Australia)

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times depend upon location but are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Remote areas such as Tasmania, Western Australia, and all non-mainland locations may take longer. A tracking number will be provided by email after the order is dispatched.

COVID-19 IMPACT

Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, there may be unexpected delays in some areas. If delivery time is a big concern, please check with us before placing an order.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE IF NO ONE RECEIVES

If the premises are unattended at the delivery time, the delivery crew will leave the parcel at a secure location if possible. If they cannot find a secure location, they will leave a card with details.

RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE (RRP)

Products or goods purchased from Acacia Aromatherapy shall only be sold at Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Stockists are free to set their own pricing as you see fit, but we require that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.

WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Depending on product categories, authorized retailers will generally receive 40 to 50% off the RRP.

PAYMENTS

Orders must be paid for before the delivery of goods. For order placing online, we accept Master, VISA, American Express, and EFT.

If paying EFT, please state your invoice number as a reference and email us wholesale@acaciaaromatherapy.com.au through remittance advice as proof of payment.

First time trade or wholesale order invoices must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of goods. Regular customers may apply for a 30 day net credit term with us by filling out an application form with at least two credit references.

OVERDUE PAYMENT

All goods supplied remain the property of Acacia Aromatherapy until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. If payment is not made in full by the due date, Acacia will be entitled to charge interest on money due but not paid, at the rate of 9% per annum calculated and compounded on daily balances commencing from the date payment is due until the date payment is made in full.

DISTRIBUTION

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, authorized retailers are allowed to sell Acacia products through their brick-and-mortar stores or the websites that are registered when they apply the trade accounts. Acacia Aromatherapy products should not be distributed through any online marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Etsy etc.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

All Acacia Aromatherapy product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Acacia. Approved retailers are welcome to use any of the images on our website for the purpose of promoting the products.

LIABILITY 

Acacia Aromatherapy cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

RETURNS

Returns must be made in writing directly to wholesale@acaciaaromatherapy.com.au within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as a ‘change of mind’, there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer

AGREEMENT OF TERMS 

By placing an order with Acacia you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, they will be effective immediately.
